The first phase in the Research Lifecycle is Design, Plan & Propose. This phase starts with forming a hypothesis and includes identifying a sponsor, recruiting a team, starting collaborations and developing a researchproposal. It is layed down in the three sections: Ideas, Partners and Proposal Writing.Â
