The Quality Committee aims to support and improve the research process within the Amsterdam Public Health research institute. To fulfill this task, audits are carried out based on this quality manual. The audit is a meeting with the executing researcher, the project leader and two auditors. The main aim of the audit is to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of their project with the researchers, and to provide recommendations and support when needed. More information about the audit procedure can be found under Audit info.
To carry out the audits, the Quality Committee is inviting junior and senior researchers within the Amsterdam Public Health research institute to join the auditpool! In short this means that you will carry out about two audits per year. Besides its highly educational aspect, junior researchers will earn ECTS when joining the auditpool. Senior researchers will be named in the annual report of the Amsterdam Public Health research institute for their time and effort.
